Using the Red Box is simple and secure:
Drop-Off: Place your garments and a copy of the receipt into the provided bag. Follow the on-screen instructions, then deposit the bag into the secure chute.
Pick-Up: When your cleaning is ready, you’ll receive an SMS notification. You can collect your items anytime by entering your phone number and PIN at the Red Box. Please note: All pick-up orders must be prepaid to use this service.”
